Grand jury returns attempted murder, assault indictments

JACKSBORO, TN. (WLAF)-  This week, the newly seated Campbell County Grand Jury returned the following indictments:

-Hernan Lara -child abuse/ neglect/ endangerment 8yrs or less; aggravated assault by strangulation

– Alejandro Mancera Canchola – attempted first degree murder; aggravated  burglary; aggravated assault by strangulation; aggravated assault – use or display of deadly weapon

-Dymimus Ray Fuller – assault with threat of bodily injury; attempted sexual battery; attempted kidnapping

-David Wayne Young – four counts of aggravated assault- use or display of deadly weapon; possession of a weapon by convicted felon; violation of the sexual offender registration requirements
