Caryville Board of Zoning Appeals holds administrative review

CARYVILLE, TN (WLAF)- On Thursday afternoon, the Caryville Board of Zoning Appeals met with one item to be discussed.

Mike Graves owns property on Overlook Lane in Caryville and wants to build a garage. However, it requires an administrative review due to the property not having a technical back yard. The property has a public road on the front (Overlook Lane) and back (Mountain Road) of the home creating two front yards. After a brief discussion, the board granted permission for Graves to build the garage in the yard facing Mountain Road.
