County seeks bid on metal building

JACKSBORO, TN. (WLAF)- The Campbell County Department of Finance is hereby soliciting bids for the construction of a 50’ x 70’  metal storage building.

Sealed bids will be accepted until 10:00 AM September 23, 2026 at the Campbell County Department of Finance, 555 Main Street, Jacksboro TN, 37757, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. All bidders submitting bids are required to present ALL the required vendor information, defined in the project specifications, as accompanying information to their bid submittal, regardless if these documents have been submitted in previous solicitations, in order for their bid to be considered a valid bid.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the Campbell County Department of Finance on September 10, 2026 at 10:00 AM, at which time specifications will be reviewed.

Send sealed bids to the attention of Karah Longmire, Purchasing Manager, PO Box 843, 555 Main Street, Jacksboro TN, 37757. All sealed bids must be enclosed in an envelope and labeled, “Bid for Storage Building”.

Campbell County Government reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to award the most advantageous bid. All bids must be effective for ninety (90) days after the bid opening date.
