Darrell Edward “Pig” Leinart, age 63 of Andersonville

Darrell Edward “Pig” Leinart, age 63 of Andersonville, passed away on Saturday, September 5, 2026 at the Rocky Top Care Center. He was born on February 17, 1963 to Charles Edward and Rosa Lee Byrd Leinart in Oak Ridge. Darrell enjoyed digging ginseng. He spent many nights fishing all night long. Darrell will be dearly missed by those who knew him.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Rosie Leinart; step-mother, Karen Leinart; and sister, Barbara Crowley.

Survived by: father, Charles Leinart; sisters, Margaret Ann Guyton, Tammy Silcox, Loretta Williams, Rebecca Hill, Abigail Leinart, Samantha Leinart, Madison Leinart, Skylar Leinart; brother, Rick Rosenbalm; daughters, Whitney Bostic, and Megan Bostic; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.

The family will receive friends at the Leach Family Funeral Home and Cremation on Thursday, September 10, 2026 from 5-7pm with the funeral service to follow at 7pm. His graveside service will be on Friday, September 11, 2026 at 11am at Robbins Cemetery in Dutch Valley. www.leachfamilyfuneralhome.com
