Raymond “Junior” Wilson, age 67 of LaFollette

Mr. Raymond “Junior” Wilson, age 67 of LaFollette passed away on Friday, September 4, 2026. Junior was employed for many years with Claiborne Farmers CO-OP in LaFollette and was a long-time cattle farmer. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Samantha Wilson; granddaughter, Kaytlyn Wilson, parents, Raymond Wilson, Sr. and Mary (Walden) Wilson; sisters, Shirley Muse and Sue Bolinger, and brothers, James Wilson and Johnny Wilson.

He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Wilma (Carroll) Wilson; sons, David Wilson and wife, Jamie, and Mark Wilson (Glenna Comer); daughter, Crissy Artz and husband, Kenny; grandchildren, David Wilson and wife, Faith, Tiffany Swanson and husband, David, Johnathon Wilson, Mark Anthony Wilson, Jr., Bailey Artz, Paisley Artz, and Shailey Wilson; sisters, Faye Phillips and Bet Beaty; special nephews, Roger and Eugene Carroll; and numerous other nieces, nephews, relatives and special friends.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 5, 2026 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Walters Funeral Home Chapel. Family and friends will meet on Sunday, September 6, 2026, 10:00 AM at Woodlawn Cemetery for Graveside Services and Interment.
