Age 70 of Jellico, Tennessee passed away Sunday, August 30, 2026, at U.T. Medical Center.  She was born July 13, 1956, in Jellico, Tennessee.

Mother: Alice Elizabeth (Lee) Thomas

Brother: Tommy Edward Bynum, Jr.

Grandparents: Caldonia Lee & Frank Lee

     She is survived by:

Daughter: Chelyan Elaine Bynum

Adopted Daughters: Ashley Christian, Victoria Hicks

Grandchildren: Sophie Hughes, Raigan Silcox, Josephine Silcox, Zora Silcox, Styder, Cianna, Kylie, Jaython, Khloe, Braxton, Adaline, Eli Christian, Jaden Drummonds, Braylynn Lowe

Sisters: Victoria Parris, Ann Reel, Debra Beard, Faye Barton, Jerri Vaughn
