Jeanette E. Terry, age 79

Jeanette E. Terry, age 79, went home to be with the Lord while surrounded by her family. She was a loving mother, grandmother that enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, loved knitting, crocheting, and taking care of her cats.

She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Bell Frazier Evans; brothers, Richard “Pick” Evans and James “Dank” Evans; and sisters Lola Davis and Arlette Jarvis.

Jeanette is survived by her son, Russell Terry and girlfriend, Brenda Rutherford of LaFollette; daughter, Connie Hubbard and husband Bobby of LaFollette; sisters, Izella Terry of Johnson City and Bernice Lane of Corbin, KY; grandchildren, Courtney Ladd, Cody Hubbard, Haley Lindley, and Collin Hubbard; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday September 10, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 1:00 PM with Rev. Bo Freeman officiating. Interment to follow at Roses Creek Cemetery, 127 Echo Peak Lane, Clairfield, TN.
