Schools prepare for upcoming flu vaccination opportunity

CAMPBELL COUNTY, TN (SPECIAL TO WLAF)- The Flu Vaccination Parent Consent Forms will be sent home with students in Campbell County Schools today, Monday, September 14. The deadline for submission of the forms is Friday, September 25, according to Ernie Clawson with Coordinated School Health.

The school system is promoting the upcoming flu vaccination opportunity. The promotion will help ensure that families are aware of the opportunity and the consent form deadline.
